Guidelines for Using SLAVE.V-V-R's Music

Please note that these guidelines are subject to periodic updates and apply retrospectively to all past creations.

If you want to post a cover video using a SLAVE.V-V-R song on YouTube or Nico Nico Douga

・For YouTube, including a link to my video in the description suffices.

・For YouTube Shorts, please use the sampling feature.

・For Nico Nico Douga, simply include SLAVE.V-V-R's video in the content tree as a parent.

・You are welcome to use the instrumental tracks without prior consultation.

☆ You are permitted to download and use the original video for secondary creation.

★ These guidelines apply to both corporations and individuals.

※ If an instrumental version of a new song hasn't been released after more than a week, please assume there are no plans for its release. We appreciate your refraining from individual inquiries.

・If you want to post a creative video using a SLAVE.V-V-R song on YouTube or Nico Nico Douga:

The same guidelines as above apply

If you want to use a SLAVE.V-V-R song on TikTok

Please include either the author's name or the song title.

☆ Introducing the song in part is fine, but full reproduction is not allowed (except for secondary creations).

If you want to include a SLAVE.V-V-R song in a cover CD or distribute it on streaming platforms

Many of SLAVE.V-V-R's songs are entrusted to e-License and JASRAC.

First, please check with both the e-License and JASRAC websites, and follow the necessary application procedures. The method of application can be confirmed on their respective sites.

For songs verified through e-License or JASRAC, you may proceed with the above applications without notifying SLAVE.V-V-R.

The use of distributed instrumental tracks is allowed.

※ Recording a cover CD or distributing on streaming platforms with songs not found on e-License or JASRAC is, in principle, not possible for individuals. Companies should contact us first.

If you want to distribute secondary creations (covers, remixes, etc.) for free in formats like wav or mp3

This is prohibited.

If you want to use a song for a game (including personal and non-commercial)

For individuals, this is completely prohibited.

Companies, please contact us.

If you want to use a SLAVE.V-V-R song on a live streaming site (online streaming)

Please use it in accordance with the site's terms of service.

(If you can't find a section related to copyright, please inquire directly with the site.)

SLAVE.V-V-R will not make inquiries to the streaming site.

For other cases not mentioned in the guidelines, or if it's unclear, please refrain from creating secondary works.
